Amsterdam Storytelling is a brand of Unthinkable Experiences B.V. (KvK 98895591, BTW NL868691471B01). We care about your privacy and handle your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Unthinkable Experiences B.V., trading as Amsterdam Storytelling. You can reach us at hi@amsterdamstorytelling.com or +31 6 23 02 80 32.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and run a workshop or coaching session:

  • When you use our contact form: your name, email address, and any phone number, dates, group size, or message you choose to share.
  • When you email or call us: the contact details and content you send.
  • Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and available.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not buy or sell personal data.

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
  • To deliver and follow up on a booked workshop or coaching session. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox through Brevo, our email service provider, and our site runs on Cloudflare. Both act as processors on our behalf and may store data inside or outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. We share data with others only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email hi@amsterdamstorytelling.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
